The Story So Far
I launched my first company at 19, wiring Australia’s telco backbone from pits to premises, and building a client base of businesses, offering IT and Security. That hands-on decade taught me the value of rigorous systems and field-level data. A pivot into TechForce Management saw me co-found and scale a 250-strong hybrid workforce that rolled out NBN across multiple States, underpinned by bespoke software we built in-house.
Next came Float Accounting & Advisory where I:

Along the way, I completed an MBA (Innovation & Leadership), chaired the 10,000-resident not-for-profit Sanctuary Lakes Resort Services Ltd., and discovered that good governance and killer CX share the same backbone: disciplined processes.
